Attorney Kelly M. Eshelman was born and raised in Carroll County, Maryland. Immediately after high school, she served in the United States Air Force for four years and then the Hawaii Air National Guard for three years. Attorney Eshelman graduated from St. Leo College with a B.A. in Liberal Arts and from The Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University with her Juris Doctor in 1999.

She was admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania in 1999. Attorney Eshelman worked as a law clerk for two years for the Honorable John D. Kuhn in Adams County Pennsylvania, then as an associate attorney for McQuaide Law Office in Gettysburg for approximately seven years. Before opening Eshelman Law Office, LLC, she practiced family law with Silverman, Tokarsky, Forman & Hill, LLC in Johnstown for four years.

Attorney Eshelman practices family law and handles all matters related to family law. She currently represents clients in Westmoreland, Cambria, Indiana and Somerset Counties. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Family Law Section, the Westmoreland County Bar Association, Cambria County Bar Association and the Indiana County Bar.
